Is this a real WordPress theme?
Yes. The output is an ordinary theme .zip with a theme header, an entry template and bundled assets. WordPress treats it exactly like any other theme, and so do plugins.
How faithful is the result?
It is a snapshot of what Chrome painted, so single-file HTML with CDN-loaded CSS frameworks is reproduced rather than reinterpreted. Differences usually trace back to assets the browser could not load at capture time.
Can the theme be edited afterwards?
Yes — it is HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a small amount of PHP scaffolding. Any developer can work with it, and simple copy edits are straightforward.
Is it allowed?
Only convert pages you own or have written permission to convert. Copying somebody else's site is a copyright and terms-of-service problem regardless of the tool used.
What does it cost and what are the limits?
Basic is $29 a month for 5 successful conversions, Pro is $79 for 20, and Agency is $149 for unlimited. Only successful conversions count against the allowance.
